I am a women’s strength coach and longevity-focused trainer.

My approach to fitness is grounded, structured and realistic. It isn’t built around extremes or short-term results. It is built around helping women feel strong, steady and confident in their bodies in a way that fits real life.

With a background in Sport, Fitness & Coaching and years of experience supporting women at different stages of life, I combine progressive strength training, mobility work and a thoughtful psychological approach to movement. I understand that after 40, training is no longer just about appearance — it becomes about energy, posture, balance, joint health and long-term independence.

I focus on functional strength, improving stability, protecting joints and rebuilding confidence in women who may feel disconnected from their bodies or unsure where to begin again. Sessions are structured and purposeful, yet calm and supportive. Challenging, but never overwhelming.

I believe strength should feel empowering, not intimidating. Progress should feel sustainable, not punishing. Movement, when approached with care and intention, has the power to restore confidence and create lasting change.
